Spirited Away is a Japanese anime film, which was directed by Hayao Miyazaki. This movie stars the voices of the late Ando Kaze, who won an Academy Award for the role of Ellen Sandour. Doraemon was also a popular anime character until they were replaced with Spirited Away. Spirited Away is the sequel to the movie Howl's Moving Castle. The story of Spirited Away follows a young girl named Alice who is about to embark on a journey to a strange land of her dreams where she meets a delightful white Rabbit.
Movie was very special to me as it was my first anime film and I was hooked. I've watched it a couple of times since then. It was definitely different and more animated than other movies that I had seen. It was better animated in my opinion and was more fun to watch because of its colorful and lively story. I enjoyed the colors and the big beautiful scenery that I saw in the movie.
It's like I can't get enough of bright colors such as gold, silver, blue, yellow, red, and black as well as Oriental themes. One thing that I love in this movie is the voices of the main characters. The seiyuu of Spirited Away are excellent, especially the voice of Alice in particular. You can hear her voice sometimes and it just sounds so like her. Ando Kaze is also outstanding in his voice as well.
In the movie, the set of creatures that you'll meet throughout the movie are also unique and intriguing to look at. It's like they're living in a fantasy world, but they also seem to be living their lives just like we do, they're just unable to leave the streets. I really enjoyed this movie.
The animation in this movie is a whole lot better than most other anime movies out there. It has more details and is full of life, which makes it appear more realistic. As a result, the things that you see in the movie is much more realistic and less cartoonish, which is what most people want to have.
The movie tells a simple yet catchy story about a girl named Alice who wants to go on her own journey through fantasy lands. She joins a traveling company headed by an old rabbit, and together they face many dangers along the way, all in hopes of finding her beloved White Rabbit who was given to her as a gift from her parents.
There is an orange hue throughout the movie. When Alice encounters a certain Yellow Wolf in the very beginning of the movie, she notices that he has an orange color as well. Although it's not directly shown, one can assume that the Wolf has a more orange coloration than the others, and it's likely that the Orange Wolf was the very first "Yellow Wolf" that she had met.
Spirited Away is a movie that I can't recommend highly enough. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and would encourage you to watch it as well.
